Mukgyeseowon is a Confucian Academy where they commemorate and shrine Bobaekdang Kim Gyehaeng and Eunggye Ok Go. Both of them were esteemed bureaucrats in the era of the Joseon Dynasty. The Seowon had been abolished by the ordinance of Heungseon Daewongun but recovered later. There are beautiful natural scenes and gorgeous red apricot blossoms in spring. Eupcheongru of Mukgyeseowon also adds beauty to them.
